Alice Mayflower’s Loyalty Club

Hello everyone!

With 2024 just around the corner, I find myself trying to plan and get things ready for the new year. As always I have more ideas than I have time and resources, so I know not every one of my plans will become a reality. However, one idea I’d love to get off the ground in 2024 is my very own Loyalty Club.

Your immediate thought is probably, “Alice, what on earth does that mean?”. Haha, I don’t blame you, it’s a bit of a mash-up of ideas in all honesty. But the basic idea is that in 2024 I will track every interaction I have with an individual and they will earn points from those interactions which can later be redeemed to claim goodies.

It’s a bit like a Tesco Clubcard or similar points card schemes, except it’s specific to me and my services.

If you decide to join my Loyalty Club you’ll have the chance to earn Pink Hearts, Violet Hearts and Blue Hearts. Each of the different colours represents a different amount of points: Pink Hearts are worth 1 point, Violet Hearts are worth 3 points and Blue Hearts are worth 5 points.

By this point, you might be wondering why I have three different types of Hearts and how you earn each of them. There will be a few different ways to earn the different types of Hearts so I’ll just list the most common ways to begin with and then you can head over to my Loyalty Club page for more info later.

So now you know some of the ways you can earn Hearts you’ll probably be starting to wonder what you can do with them once you’ve earned them.

Let’s talk about rewards!

Everyone loves to get rewarded for their actions so once you’ve saved up enough points you’ll be able to redeem them to claim some fun goodies from me. It could be something small like a cute voice note or it could be a custom video. Check out the table below for some examples of goodies you could claim and if you want to know what else is available be sure to head over to my Loyalty Club page.

As the Loyalty Club gains members and I start to get a sense of how quickly or slowly everyone is accumulating points I might adjust the cost of redeeming different goodies so be sure to check back every so often.

Ok, so by now you should have a pretty good idea of how the Loyalty Club is going to work. The only thing left to talk about is how I’ll be tracking the member’s activities and Hearts.

For my Loyalty Club to work, I will need to store information about each member and their activities/interactions on a spreadsheet. This will allow me to track how many points each member has earned, and redeemed and what their live points total is. This will also mean that I may be able to provide some tailored recommendations or treats to the members as I’ll have a clear log of all of their interactions with me in one place, so I’ll be able to get to know each member a little better.

All of the information I will need will be kept private and secure. I won’t ask for anything I don’t need and I won’t store information that isn’t relevant. For what it’s worth, I’ve had GDPR training so I know about data security.

The main information I will collect and store will be:

• A name/nickname

• Email

• Mobile number

• Social media usernames

• Premium subscription site usernames

• ManyVids username

• Clips4Sale username

Not every member will require all of this information but this will be the most likely information that will be stored.

I need this information to keep track of your activities across all of my different platforms and services, otherwise, you’ll miss out on earning points.

You’ll be assigned a Loyalty Club Number that I’ll then use to track your profile. I’m also posting a leaderboard on my Loyalty Club page to show who has earned the most points. I might even give out prizes to whoever is in the lead each month. We’ll just have to wait and see.
